AIM Ph Paper tests your pH value and will give you instant results. Healthy blood has a pH level of 7.35. A pH below 6.5 is acid and is an indication of poor health. You may experience symptoms like: low energy, pains and aches, mood swings, worrying and fears, poor sleep or being over weight.

You can reverse this acid state by eating more alkaline foods and less acidic foods. Eat more raw green leafy vegetables and less food high in animal protein, sugar and grains.

The ideal urine reading should be between 6.5 to 7.5, and saliva readings should be between 7.0 to 7.5.

This test kit gives you 100 x test strips and a colour chart.

To test saliva: Test before eating. the most accurate reading of saliva pH should be taken first thing in the morning before brushing, eating or drinking. Place the coloured end of the strip inside of mouth or in contact with saliva, then remove immediately. Use the pH chart provided for the correct colour match.

To test urine: Test the second urination of the day, prior to eating for the most accurate result. Fill a small cup with midstream urine and briefly dip the coloured end. Use the pH chart for correct colour match.
