Ancient Purity Celtic Sea Salt is naturally air and sun-dried, preserving its live enzymes. Celtic sea salt is a wonderful superfood rich in essential minerals, including the “master mineral” magnesium. Ancient Purity Celtic Sea Salt is sourced from the Norwest coast of France and is harvested after the seawater evaporates from clay ponds near the shoreline. This is the grey course salt that has become popular for its trace mineral content along with its less salty taste.

Trace minerals are found in minute quantities in seawater and in natural unrefined sea salt but often missing in food. This is where celtic satl is super useful. Start by adding it to your food, then make your own multi mineral water.
