Ingredients:

Each 8.5g sachet contains: Elemental magnesium 25mg (as 1.6g magnesium citrate and 291mg liposomal magnesium), Prebiotic fibre 6340mg.

Suggested Directions for Use:

Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 sachet per day with or without food.
Each sachet should be mixed with at least 250 ml of water or juice and may be added to a smoothie or nutrition shake.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended dosage of 1 sachet per day.

Warnings:

Quinolone or tetracycline antibiotics, gabapentin, or bisphosphonates should be taken at least 2 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after Biomax® Magnesium.
