Suggested Directions For Use:

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 capsules a day for the first 30 days. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professsional.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Ashwagandha or any other components of the formulation.
Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Consult with a healthcare provider before concomitant use with Immunosuppressants, Central Nervous System depressants, antidiabetic and thyroid medication.
