Hydroxy citrate is an active ingredient that is extracted from the rind of Garcinia Cambogia.  The hydroxy citrate, combined with other nutrients found in Garcinia Cambogia may have powerful benefits for our bodies.  Hydroxy citrate may boost the metabolism, thus preventing the body from storing calories as fat and converting calories into energy for muscles to utilize.
Low serotonin levels are linked to depression and anxiety.  Hydroxy citrate helps to increase serotonin levels and balance mood levels.  Appetite can be decreased by supplementing on Garcinia and cholesterol may be improved – decreasing the risk of heart disease.

Garcinia cambogia 60% HCA ext. 500mg, gymnema sylvestre 25%, gymnemic acid 50mg, vitamin B6 pyrodoxine HCI 5mg, chromium polynicotinate 160ug, providing chromium 16ug

Suggested Directions for Use:

Adults and children 13 years of age and older: 1 to 2 tablets 3 times a day on an empty stomach, about 15 to 30 minutes before each meal 

Children 7 to 12 years of age: 1 tablet 3 times a day on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before each meal

Results are improved when used in conjunction with a good diet and workout routine.
