Vitamin b1, otherwise called thiamine, plays a key role in the production of energy in the body.  It does this by converting carbohydrates into energy, energy is then used for various bodily functions.  Our body also needs vitamin B1 for maintaining good nervous system health and improving cardiovascular health.

A serious condition known as beriberi may be caused by too little vitamin b1 in the body, and should not be left untreated.

Suggested Directions for Use:

1 Capsule daily with water or as otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.

  • If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site or there is a manufacturer issue we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our premises
