Pour the entire contents of this bottle into a 1 litre container of distilled water.  Shake until all the salts have dissolved.  As a dietary supplement, take half a teaspoon of liquid mixture you have just prepared and add to a full glass of water or juice once a day, or as otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.
