Sfera Bio Nutrition Yellow Maca or Peruvian ginseng may be used to support sexual health and promote energy. Maca is cultivated as three main variants separated according to the colour of their roots, namely yellow, purple (red) and black. The intensity of plant pigments, anti-oxidants and anthocyanin apparently will determine the colour of the root. Yellow maca is the most common found maca and is also the most grown and consumed.

Ingredients:

450mg Yellow Maca (Lepidium meyenii) per Cellulose vegi-capsule.

Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule, microcrystalline Cellulose, and natural flow agent.

Suggested Directions for Use:

Take one (1) to six (6) capsules daily with water on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider. Dose can be divided during the day, preferably in the mornings and mid-day.

  • if you are a woman with hormone sensitive conditions you should avoid Sfera Yellow Maca. Some of these conditions include breast, uterine and ovarian cancers, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids.
