Ingredients:

Magnesium (as oxide, bisglycinate), 5-HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan from standardized Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Root Powdered Extract, Vegetable Capsule Shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl, pyridoxal-5’-phosphate), Anti-caking Agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate).

Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and is formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors or colors.

Suggested Directions for Use:

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging
  • If you are returning the item because there has been damage to the products delivered, please email Healthinista photos showing clearly the damage or problem being reported
  • If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our store and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to package the goods to be returned properly so that they are not damaged in transit
  • If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site or there is a manufacturer issue we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our premises
  • The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order
  • Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 2-4 working days.
