Magnesium (elemental) 100 mg (as magnesium bisglycinate chelate 555,56 mg); Oryza sativa L. (stabilised, air dried & powdered rice germ and bran) 100 mg; Avena sativa L. (green oat seed – fresh freeze dried & powdered) 75 mg; Urtica dioica L (nettle leaf – fresh freeze dried & powdered) 50 mg; Cucurbita pepo L. (pumpkin seed – air dried & powdered) 50 mg; Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5-P) providing pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 0,5 mg.

Suggested Directions for Use:
