Your Wellbeing 5-HTP is the proprietary blend of the components 5-hydroxytryptophan, L-Theanine, Valerian root extract and other vitamins and minerals to maximize efficacy. The ingredients in the blend works synergistically to reduce anxiety, promote sleep and help prevent nightmares.
5-HTP Plus allows for higher levels of serotonin than just 5-HTP alone. It has been created from an essential amino acid, which is then converted into serotonin. Serotonin is then converted into melatonin, which is used by the body to create our sleep-wake cycle. When these levels are too low we may find it hard to relax and sleep. Vitamin B6 and valerian has been included in this complex, both of which will add to the benefits of 5 HTP. Ingredients:

Each Capsule contains L-5 Hydroxytryptophan 100mg (L-5 Hydroxytryptophan from standardized Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract.)
Hypromellose (cellulose), vegetarian capsule shell (gelatin free), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium, stearate (vegetarian-flow agent), magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide and colloidal silicon dioxide. Contains no colorants, preservatives, lactose, gluten, yeast, starch or artificial fillers with no colorants added.

Suggested Directions For Use:

Adults and children over 12 years of age can take 1 capsule once or twice daily with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Healthinista. If there is anything you are unhappy with and if you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 working days of purchase stating the reason for return. 

  • Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging
  • If you are returning the item because there has been damage to the products delivered, please email Healthinista photos showing clearly the damage or problem being reported
  • If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our store and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to package the goods to be returned properly so that they are not damaged in transit
  • If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site or there is a manufacturer issue we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our premises
  • The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order
  • Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 2-4 working days.
