Your Wellbeing I3C & DIM is a combination of two synergistic products, indole-3-carbinol and di-indole-methane. Both are cruciferous extracts. They work together to enhance liver detoxification, support the production of glutathione and have been shown to alter estrogen metabolism in both men and women. I3C converts cancer-causing estrogen into safe estrogen. This combination may prevent the progression of hormone sensitive cancers such as breast, prostate, cervical and colon cancers.

Each Capsule contains:

Indole-3-Carbinol.  100mg

Diindolylmethane  200mg

Hypromellose (cellulose), vegetarian capsule shell (gelatin free), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium, stearate (vegetarian-flow agent), magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide and colloidal silicon dioxide. Contains no colourants, preservatives, lactose, gluten, yeast, starch or artificial fillers with no colourants added.

Suggested Directions For Use:

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Warnings / Allergens:

Do not use when pregnant. Not for use by persons under 12 years of age. Do not use if sensitive / allegic to any of the ingredients.
